Research purpose
1. Main purpose: To analyze whether oral care with high fluoride agent in the whole cycle of radiotherapy can slow down the development of caries caused by radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors.
2. Secondary objective: To collect the oral caries status of head and  neck cancer patients after oral health management.
 
Research methods
1) Questionnaire assessment:
In addition to collecting the basic information of the patients, this study used the Oral Health Impact Scale (OHIP-14) to evaluate the oral conditions of the patients.
2) Manual observation and recording
After the patients fill out the questionnaire, the dentist will observe and evaluate the oral conditions of the patients, and rate the adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy such as the number and degree of caries.
