【Instructions for use】:
1. Shake the bottle up and down 3-4 times.
2. Press the applicator repeatedly to squeeze the foam onto the fluorinated foam tray.

4. Place the fluorinated foam tray in the mouth and bite on it for 1-2 minutes, tilting the head slightly forward to allow saliva to flow out.
